TL;DR
Senior SecOps Engineer (Cloud Security/DevSecOps): Securing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and software development workflows while managing security tools, vulnerabilities, and compliance with an accent on AWS/GCP security, incident response, penetration testing, and regulatory frameworks. Focus on integrating security into infrastructure and development processes, leading forensic investigations, and protecting systems from intrusions and misconfigurations.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time onsite

What you will do
- Implement and manage static code analysis, cloud posture monitoring, penetration testing, SIEM, EDR, and XDR security tools.
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and software development workflows.
- Design and enforce secure cloud architecture policies, configurations, monitoring, networking, IAM, firewalls, and encryption controls.
- Lead incident response, vulnerability management, forensic investigations, and threat detection activities.
- Drive ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other compliance and audit-readiness initiatives.
- Partner with the CISO, COO, architects, DevOps, IT, Finance, and HR stakeholders to prioritize security requirements and lead integration projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SecOps roles and relevant certifications.
- Experience in IT, networking, infrastructure, and DevOps environments.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, cloud security practices, CSPM, ASPM, DSPM, VPC networking, firewalls, IAM, and encryption.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, GRC, and other security and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience performing or overseeing penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response, and forensic investigations.
- Experience with GuardDuty, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, and other SIEM, EDR, and XDR tools; strong communication and decision-making skills.
