Salary: $32.50 - $49.00 per hour

What you will do
- Assemble self-driving vehicles and intricate sub-assemblies following the Manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS).
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and meet internal production deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of detailed build documentation to ensure repeatable manufacturing.
- Perform hands-on technical work, including operating impact tools, drills, and cutting equipment.
- Engage in continuous professional development through on-the-job mentorship and classroom training.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a background in technical trade school or equivalent education.
- Ability to assemble wiring harnesses and read complex wiring schematics and layouts.
- Basic proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and ascend/descend ladders or scaffolds up to 25 feet.
- Capacity to work in a manufacturing environment using required personal protective equipment (PPE) daily.
Nice to have
- IPC training and certification (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/7721).
- GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) certification.
- Practical experience in a production workshop environment.
- Familiarity with ISO-9001 or other standardized process environments.
