What you will do

• Configure modem profiles, service parameters (CIR/MIR), and QoS settings.
• Support service activation, validation, and alignment between terminal and gateway configurations.
• Assist in RMS planning, transmission plans, and the implementation of link budgets.
• Configure bandwidth allocation schemes, including DAMA and MF-TDMA.
• Optimize traffic routing, TCP acceleration, and caching policies to improve bandwidth utilization.
• Monitor system KPIs and provide advanced technical troubleshooting for the NOC to maintain SLAs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in satellite communications.
• Proven experience in baseband operations or service provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of FSS architecture, including UT, payload, RF GW, and baseband.
• Hands-on experience with Telus and iDirect platforms.
• Deep understanding of QoS, CIR/MIR, DVB-S2/S2X, and MF-TDMA.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
