What you will do

• Lead radar system design activities including architecture definition (Pulsed, FMCW, AESA), signal/data processing, and RF/antenna specifications.
• Perform system modelling and performance analysis utilizing Matlab/Simulink and Python.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and compliance with MIL-STD defense engineering standards.
• Execute hardware/software integration, testing, and qualification within laboratory and field environments.
• Support validation campaigns and lead customer-facing technical discussions and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in radar system engineering and design.
• Proven ability to execute technical tasks within highly regulated defense environments.
• Hands-on experience with radar test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Strong proficiency in modelling tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Python, ADS, and CST.
• Excellent communication skills for representing the company in technical reviews.
