What you will do
- Achieve productivity, quality, sales, revenue targets, average handle time, schedule adherence, service request closures, and quality measures.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic errors with domain names and associated products.
- Use proprietary database, web, and telephony tools effectively, reporting faults promptly.
- Access and disclose customer information only as needed for duties.
- Discuss call monitoring feedback with supervisor to improve performance.
Requirements
- Recent/Fresh Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Can work on a shifting schedule.
