What you will do

• Build, test, and maintain automated applications used to create accessible customer documents.
• Apply industry standards such as WCAG, PDF/UA, and HHS requirements to document formatting.
• Configure and manage proprietary software, including ICF/INI files and processing logic.
• Perform document accessibility assessments and generate detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot application issues using diagnostic tools and manage incident tickets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on requirements and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven programming experience with Python.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Knowledge of alternate format industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

• Backend development experience.
