What you will do

• Serve as a Fractional CTO for one or more high-growth tech companies.
• Align engineering efforts with business strategy, product priorities, and growth goals.
• Build or optimize engineering organizational structures, delivery processes, and hiring plans.
• Partner with founders and executive teams to increase clarity, speed, and innovation.
• Lead and advise on Gen AI initiatives, including opportunity mapping and pilot builds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate additional engineers or delivery teams as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. or Latin America.
• 10+ years of experience in software or product engineering.
• 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling product/engineering teams in startup or growth-stage environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for interacting with founders and boards.
• English: Proficiency required (written and spoken).
