Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices using C# and AWS.
• Architect cloud-based solutions balancing reliability, performance, and cost.
• Develop platform services to enable AI capabilities across the document management ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and team development.
• Translate functional requirements into maintainable, well-tested software.
• Optimize platform performance through logging and telemetry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a team of 5+ engineers.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET and microservices architecture.
• Strong AWS experience (especially S3) and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or DocumentDB.
• Must be based in the United States.
