What you will do

• Lead the market strategy for infrastructure, resilience, and advisory growth aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and package a suite of government-focused offers and value propositions leveraging hirify.global-GISI capabilities.
• Cultivate demand and lead engagement with senior government stakeholders and private sector investors.
• Drive capture strategies, lead pricing, and manage a high-value, strategically aligned opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with GISI Consulting Group to develop integrated bids for major infrastructure programs.
• Utilize AI to accelerate market analysis, product development, and bid preparation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategic sales, government relations, or product leadership within infrastructure, consulting, or climate sectors.
• Proven track record of selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to governments and large private sector clients.
• Ability to convert organizational capabilities into scalable products rather than bespoke consulting.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure ecosystems, domestic resilience trends, and climate policy.
• Practical experience applying AI to improve commercial materials and insight generation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
