TL;DR

Partnerships Director (Consulting): Driving strategic growth and high-value engagement with the Dutch Government (MoFA) with an accent on pipeline development and strategic partnerships. Focus on co-creating solutions for inclusive growth, trade, investment, and climate finance.

Location: Must be based in The Netherlands (right to work required, no visa sponsorship); travel to Utrecht office required.

What you will do

  • Develop and lead a focused growth roadmap for engagement with the Dutch Government for 2026–28.
  • Cultivate and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic solution opportunities and credible leads.
  • Build strategic partnerships and delivery coalitions within the Dutch development ecosystem.
  • Generate forward-looking intelligence on emerging programmes within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Shape differentiated solution concepts and guide strategic decisions on delivery models.
  • Represent the company as a senior innovator and go-to partner in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in The Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing, winning, or delivering large-scale programmes for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Extensive network of senior contacts within the Dutch MoFA and wider development ecosystem.
  • Deep familiarity with Dutch Government procurement modalities and development priorities.

Nice to have

  • Thematic expertise in inclusive economic growth, skills, employability, climate, or finance.
  • Significant experience in a senior role within a professional services or consulting firm.
