What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain mobile React Native foundations and tooling for the internal developer platform.
• Integrate AI-native workflows into daily work and the platform.
• Lead consolidation and evolution of platform primitives: developer portal, local development, templates, scaffolders, CI/CD, and infrastructure paths.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to define and adopt the internal developer platform.
• Drive adoption through communication, enablement, documentation, demos, office hours, and team support.
• Raise engineering excellence standards across teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobile engineering experience.
• Expert in React Native.
• Proficient in building shared modules, SDKs, and reusable components for cross-team use.
• Strong understanding of Mobile DevOps.
• Strong AI mindset.
• Experience with Platform Engineering.
• Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
