What you will do

  • Define and evolve the mobile vision, strategy, and engineering capability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on complex mobile transformations.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including architects and engineers.
  • Drive technical excellence across iOS, Android, and cross-platform technologies.
  • Partner with growth teams on pitches, pre-sales, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and career frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams or practices.
  • Strong consulting background with experience in agency or digital transformation environments.
  • Expertise in native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) development.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, API-driven ecosystems, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered mobile experiences and agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of modern data and personalization platforms.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.
