What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex industrial systems for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Evolve and maintain the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Champion user-centered design thinking and accessibility across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Present design decisions with clear rationale and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including work in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in Figma, including design systems and handoff best practices.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Solid understanding of Apple HIG, Material Design, and responsive web standards.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent and influence outcomes.
