What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for patients regarding prescriptions, medication availability, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with pharmacy dispensers and staff to resolve stock issues and medication-related delays.
• Facilitate communication between patients, the pharmacy, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate information sharing.
• Manage administrative tasks, recording and tracking patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Identify and escalate complex clinical or governance issues to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High level of IT proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure within a highly regulated industry following SOPs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Winnersh, UK.
• Availability for some weekend working across a 5-day week.
