What you will do
- Manage front-line customer interactions, providing advice and processing orders.
- Enter customer orders and handle requests such as shipments and complaints using the Oracle system.
- Process quotations accurately within company timescales and Terms & Conditions.
- Handle fault finding, create Service Reports, and triage technical queries to engineers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Partners, and Operations teams locally and globally.
- Ensure customer requirements are met within agreed response times to exceed satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Oracle is preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Must be based in Runcorn, UK (Office based role).
- Excellent communication skills to operate across all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 medical device quality systems.
