What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients from kickoff through initial performance milestones.
• Configure and validate campaign setups, tracking integrations, and MMP connections.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and early signals of product-fit.
• Coordinate clean handoffs from New Business Sales to the Growth team.
• Document and iterate on onboarding processes, technical checklists, and best practices for the Korean market.
• Collaborate with Product and DS teams to improve launch playbooks and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation roles, preferably in ad tech or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with MMP integrations (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and programmatic advertising.
• Strong technical aptitude with data tools, APIs, tracking setups, and debugging.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous client launches.
• Native or fluent Korean language proficiency.
• Business-level English proficiency.
