What you will do

• Lead daily resourcing, vacation approvals, and coverage planning for SEO and HYD sites.
• Coordinate ShotGrid show setup and closure using global templates and workflows.
• Oversee regional time logs, overtime, and weekend-work administration.
• Support post-mortems, capture action items, and surface systemic issues to global leadership.
• Drive implementation of global production standards and maintain local guides.
• Mentor junior production staff and support onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in VFX, Animation, or Games in a production role (e.g., Digital Production Manager).
• Strong understanding of VFX production workflows, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency with ShotGrid (Flow) for show setup and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a multi-show environment.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness for collaborating across different time zones.
• Must be based in Seoul or willing to relocate.
