What you will do

• Build and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to provide a unified service catalog, self-service actions, and scorecards.
• Design and implement production-grade Kubernetes clusters with a focus on multi-tenancy, security, and high availability.
• Implement and manage automated deployment workflows using GitOps principles with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Create abstractions and self-service APIs using tools like Crossplane or custom CLI tools for cloud resource provisioning.
• Optimize developer workflows by analyzing inner and outer loops and creating standardized Helm charts and CI/CD templates.
• Build comprehensive observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration, networking (CNI), and storage (CSI).
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or Python, ideally with experience writing K8s Operators or CRDs.
• Proven experience with ArgoCD, Flux, or advanced Jenkins pipelines at scale.
• Professional experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC) and mastery of Terraform or Pulumi.
• Location: Must be based in Israel

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Internal Developer Portals such as Port.io and Backstage.
• BA in Computer Science or MAMRAM graduate.
• Strong foundations in TCP/IP, DNS, Network Protocols, and Routing.
• Knowledge of risk management, threat modeling, and security principles.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator certifications.
