Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, USA). Must be US-based for oncall coverage.

Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do

• Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical platform services and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) for platform incidents.
• Achieve 100% infrastructure-as-code coverage for new deployments using Terraform.
• Implement GitOps workflows for all production environments using ArgoCD or Flux.
• Develop and maintain self-service capabilities for common provisioning tasks to support customer onboarding on the Fabric platform.
• Establish and manage reliable US-timezone oncall coverage and follow-the-sun support models.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience managing production AWS environments at scale.
• Proven track record of Kubernetes cluster administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and secrets management (HashiCorp Vault).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the US to provide oncall coverage.
