What you will do

• Lead the design and planning of cloud-native systems to ensure scalability and security.
• Deploy and evolve AWS-based solutions using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Implement AIOps for intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive autoscaling.
• Optimize cloud environments to improve performance and reliability based on defined SLIs and SLOs.
• Maintain robust recovery processes and drive improvements through blameless post-mortems.
• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to the organization's engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Kubernetes administration experience at scale, including ArgoCD and Helm.
• Expert proficiency with Terraform and IaC frameworks for defining reusable patterns.
• Deep expertise with AWS networking, compute, storage, and security.
• Proven experience architecting and supporting complex, distributed SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and IAM principles.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AIOps practices and ML-driven observability tooling.
• AWS Solution Architect Professional or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) certifications.
