TL;DR

Growth Executor (Marketing): Managing and operating four outbound growth channels (cold email, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment) to scale the outbound pipeline with an accent on lead generation and automation. Focus on optimizing campaign performance, managing sending infrastructure, and tracking KPIs across multiple verticals.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines). Availability during US Eastern business hours (9 am–6 pm ET), Monday to Friday is required.

A commercial property & casualty specialty brokerage operating nationwide across all 50 US states, specializing in premium reductions for commercial property owners.

What you will do

  • Manage cold email campaigns via MailScale and RevReply, monitoring performance and expanding prospect lists using Apollo.io.
  • Operate LinkedIn automation using Heyreach and Expandi, managing sequences and Sales Navigator lists.
  • Develop a referral partner network by sourcing CPAs, mortgage brokers, and attorneys.
  • Handle producer recruitment by sourcing candidates and managing the onboarding pipeline.
  • Create and maintain weekly KPI dashboards and tracking systems in Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience running B2B outbound campaigns via cold email and/or LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Apollo.io, MailScale, Lemlist, Instantly, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools such as Heyreach or Expandi.
  • Native-level professional written English.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including SUMIFS, IMPORTRANGE, and dashboard management.
  • Ability to work US Eastern business hours (9 am–6 pm ET).

  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or commercial real estate.
