UX Designer (12 month contract)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Desktop Fitting Software): Create UX design concepts, prototypes, specifications for software used by hearing care professionals with an accent on efficient end-to-end flows and complex B2B workflows. Focus on iterating designs through research and testing, facilitating UX testing, and maintaining/expanding design system.

Location: Ballerup, Denmark (team distributed across Copenhagen and Chicago, US; flexible working with required overlap for meetings and collaboration)

What you will do

• Create efficient and enjoyable end-to-end UX flows for hearing care professionals
• Discover, visualize, prototype and iterate on new designs incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback
• Mature designs to development-ready state using existing design system
• Support maintaining and expanding the design system
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Strategists, Audiologists and others

Requirements

• Effective visual communication skills through design mockups
• Effective verbal communication to explain design choices
• Structured approach, attention to detail, solid UI capabilities
• Experience designing for desktop applications (Windows-based)
• Experience designing for B2B products with complex functionality and workflows
• Ability to iterate designs over multi-month research, testing and development phases
