Munich, Germany. This role is on-site in Munich, with two to three office days per week (hybrid setup with 50% in-office time).

What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, scientists, and analytics teams in the Business Intelligence department.
• Engage stakeholders from Customer Support, Host Experience, Sales, and Account Management to provide insights influencing product strategy, operations, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities, translate problems into analytical requirements, and communicate findings clearly to technical and commercial audiences.
• Perform high-quality analytical work, build solutions, and contribute to team improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data analytics experience.
• Collaborative mindset with experience communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
• Mission-driven mentality starting from customer and business needs to create actionable insights.
• Strong SQL, Python (or similar), data visualization, and technical frameworks for business needs.
• Genuine commitment to AI enablement: actively use tools like Claude Code and promote AI workflows.
