What you will do

• Coordinate with Local Fire Approval Authorities, contractors, and clients to obtain all required occupancy certificates.
• Manage all aspects of Fire & Life Safety projects, including drawing reviews, installations, and commissioning.
• Prepare complex Fire & Life Safety calculations and Fire Strategy reports for management and clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 members.
• Ensure project execution complies with defined budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire & Life Safety preferred).
• Must be based in Shanghai.
• 6+ years of project experience from design phase through to handover and authority approval.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Expertise in China GB code and international standards such as NFPA, IFC, IBC, and FM.
• Fluent English is prioritized.

Nice to have

• China National Category I Chartered Fire Engineer or US PE chartered engineer license.
• Proven experience or skills in ESS (Energy Storage Systems) or blasting engineering.
