What you will do

• Lead tax compliance and reporting across EMEA, ensuring accurate tax provisions and year-end reconciliations.
• Oversee corporate tax filings including CIT, transfer pricing, CbCR, and Pillar II requirements.
• Ensure robust tax accounting under US GAAP and IFRS with full audit support.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice on business initiatives, contracts, and restructuring projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for tax audits and enquiries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CTA).
• Strong working knowledge of tax accounting under IFRS.
• Experience in international tax and corporate income tax preparation with EMEA exposure.
• Ability to partner effectively with regional finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in a US-headquartered or listed business is highly desirable.
