Software Engineer (Angular/C#)

Location: On-site in British Columbia, Canada. Requires U.S. travel for customer site visits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the hirify.global TMS platform.
• Build high-performance Angular web applications for dispatchers, route planners, and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers within an agile environment.
• Integrate Prospero with hirify.global Inland Solutions to deliver an enterprise yard and transportation management suite.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide application support and perform customer site visits in the U.S.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale web applications, preferably using Angular.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience with advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of RxJS, reactive programming, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and unit testing using Jasmine/Karma or similar frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain software.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, or fleet management systems.
