What you will do

• Lead local sourcing activities and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and initiate new procurement projects in collaboration with global teams.
• Define and implement local sourcing strategies aligned with global category directions.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Retail Operations to plan and execute local promotions and stock liquidation programs.
• Monitor and analyze sales, margins, inventory levels, and supplier performance to ensure compliance with policies.
• Support the development of shop layouts and planograms for local products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Strong skills in negotiation and vendor management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance and margin tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
