What you will do
- Develop and deliver the retail workforce strategy and AOP roadmap to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Lead demand forecasting, rostering, and centralized scheduling for approximately 2,300 frontline team members.
- Manage labour OPEX modelling and governance to drive productivity and cost-to-serve improvements.
- Serve as the business owner for the enterprise WFM platform, overseeing system uplift and data integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with Fair Work, enterprise agreements, and OH&S regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and schedulers while coaching senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale workforce planning in complex, multi-site retail or customer-facing environments.
- Strong expertise in labour forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
- Experience implementing or transforming Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Work and industrial agreements within the retail sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and lead change.
