What you will do

• Ensure raw material documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers to request, receive, and verify required quality and compliance documents.
• Record and monitor document status accurately within forms, databases, or ERP systems.
• Organize, name, and archive quality documents to ensure traceability and long-term accessibility.
• Maintain complete documentation to support audits, certifications, and inspections.
• Provide reliable quality documentation to internal stakeholders to support business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality documentation, quality assurance, or regulatory roles.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Professional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Surabaya to work onsite.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 17025.
• Familiarity with data management systems, document control, and archiving processes.
• Basic understanding of quality and regulatory concepts related to raw materials in the food or pharma industry.
