What you will do
- Lead and supervise a Service Execution Team consisting of contractors.
- Develop and manage a network of vendors to support service delivery.
- Perform in-house service work, including installation, commissioning, and start-up.
- Support pre-sales activities through costing, sourcing, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure full compliance with ’s HSE Policy and ISO QMS Policy.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Area Service Manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Ability to work under pressure in diverse cultural environments.
- General knowledge of customer processes and applications within the industry.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle financial influence.
- Must be based in Pekanbaru, Indonesia.
