What you will do

• Develop and maintain quality documentation including Control Plans, FMEA, and process capability studies.
• Support product industrialization and continuous improvement of specifications to meet operational requirements.
• Drive process capability activities and lead initiatives to achieve manufacturing KPIs.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through internal collaboration and execution of layered audits.
• Resolve technical issues using scientific problem-solving methodologies while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in plant quality and technology.
• 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, TPM, and Lean manufacturing principles.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of statistical analysis in manufacturing.
• Proven background in scheduling, safety, and project management.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching capabilities.
