Salary: $10,000 per month for 12 weeks

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end prototype across game loop, recognition pipeline, UX feedback, and on-device performance.
- Develop a low-latency recognition loop that maps real-time hand movement into responsive gameplay.
- Implement calibration, feedback, and fail-state handling for messy real-world environments.
- Iterate rapidly by testing the experience with real players to optimize delight and usability.
- Build a technical foundation that can evolve into a reusable gesture-recognition platform.
Requirements
- Experience in computer vision, on-device ML, pose/gesture recognition, or mobile game development.
- Strong engineering ability regarding inference pipelines and real-time system constraints.
- Proven ability to ship rough but playable prototypes quickly.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants and modern AI tools to accelerate implementation.
- US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must be based within commuting distance of Mountain View, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity, Unreal, CoreML, TFLite, MediaPipe, AR, or motion capture systems.
- Background in shipping mobile games or highly interactive consumer products.
- Expertise in optimizing real-time pipelines for noisy camera input.
