What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administrative and project-specific tasks for beauty brand accounts.
• Monitor and report on social media metrics and campaign activations using measurement tools.
• Create, capture, and optimize social media content using tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Draft platform-specific captions and engage with online communities to maintain brand voice.
• Conduct social listening and report on weekly beauty industry trends.
• Schedule and post content across various social platforms.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year university and eligible to receive college credit
• Ability to work 15 hours/week onsite at the San Diego office
• Strong passion for beauty, social media, and digital marketing
