What you will do

• Lead teams of both internal and external Physical Design (PD) engineers.
• Manage all PD project activities, including Synthesis, PNR, PV, and STA.
• Collaborate closely with the RTL team on the creation of SDC and UPF.
• Coordinate with specialized NXP teams such as MSIP, CAD, and Packing for PD development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in SoC Physical Design.
• Extensive experience working with complex SoC architectures.
• Deep knowledge of all PD flows and industry-standard tools.
• Proficiency in ultra-low power PD techniques.
• BsC in Electrical Engineering (MsC is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
