What you will do
- Develop and maintain quality and reliability standards for processing materials into finished products.
- Perform statistical analysis and reliability risk assessments to determine the resolution of non-conforming materials.
- Deliver standardization in product qualification, manufacturing quality systems, and methods.
- Develop new acceleration techniques, analytical tools, and quality screens for early issue identification.
- Lead fab technology certification and readiness activities for the introduction of new technologies.
- Partner in creating Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Requirements
- Bachelor's, MSc, or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Experience in process engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles and statistical analysis for data interpretation.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor physics and general engineering concepts.
Nice to have
- Deep technology knowledge including inline and EOL parametric.
- Knowledge of SORT (Sample Reliability Test) and reliability-based methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to make time-critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong influential communication skills to drive change and alignment across the organization.
