What you will do

• Develop and maintain quality and reliability standards for processing materials into finished products.
• Perform statistical analysis and reliability risk assessments to determine the resolution of non-conforming materials.
• Deliver standardization in product qualification, manufacturing quality systems, and methods.
• Develop new acceleration techniques, analytical tools, and quality screens for early issue identification.
• Lead fab technology certification and readiness activities for the introduction of new technologies.
• Partner in creating Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's, MSc, or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Experience in process engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and statistical analysis for data interpretation.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor physics and general engineering concepts.

Nice to have

• Deep technology knowledge including inline and EOL parametric.
• Knowledge of SORT (Sample Reliability Test) and reliability-based methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to make time-critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong influential communication skills to drive change and alignment across the organization.
