What you will do

• Develop process and construction technologies to build best-in-class P-core CPUs.
• Optimize product power, area, and frequency using state-of-the-art VLSI design tools.
• Execute the full physical design flow, including synthesis, place and route, clock tree synthesis, and floor planning.
• Perform deep analysis on frequency-power optimization, STA, and PVTs.
• Plan power grids and manage clock distribution and quality.
• Collaborate on the development and improvement of physical design methodologies.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1+ years of experience in BE Design using industry EDA tools.
• Proficiency in TCL.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Haifa or Petah-Tikva, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synopsys and Cadence EDA tools.
• Proficiency in Python.
