What you will do

• Operate polishing machines in the main line department to achieve output targets with high quality.
• Record and submit daily output data and communicate production matters during handovers.
• Perform machine warm-up activities and ensure full equipment utilization at all times.
• Report non-conformance parts, technical issues, or machine failures to the team leader.
• Maintain strict compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), including AS9100D and ISO standards.
• Adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and company regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level or NITEC certificate.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform machine set-up.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
