What you will do

• Coordinate all wafer manufacturing activities and manage capacity to cover STP and LTP volumes.
• Drive delivery, throughput, yield, and quality metrics across 3rd party foundries and monitor process improvements.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding yield or processing excursions and ensure root causes are addressed.
• Lead program management for new product transfers, defining timelines, resources, and risk mitigations.
• Act as the primary interface between NXP and external foundries during project execution and ramp-up.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and support foundry sourcing in cost and price negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Electronics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a semiconductor fab environment, specifically in Process Integration or Device/Yield engineering.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and semiconductor device processes.
• Experience with statistical tools such as KLA ACE XP, JMP, SPSS, or Minitab.
