What you will do

• Guide borrowers through various loan programs, costs, and required documentation.
• Audit income, assets, and credit documentation using DU to ensure loan stability.
• Manage a pipeline of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products.
• Structure loans to provide the best program based on the borrower's unique financial circumstances.
• Pre-underwrite essential documents including paystubs, W2s, and bank statements.
• Prepare and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA to comply with RESPA and consumer regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.
• Proficiency with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage consumer regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Prior underwriting experience.
