What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of audits on technical insurance or actuarial topics, including scoping, planning, execution, reporting, and action follow-up.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, coordinate external SME support, and deliver difficult messages confidently.
• Provide pragmatic recommendations to address issues and add business value.
• Support team members on their audits and contribute to Internal Audit’s planning, strategy, and development.
• Build and maintain Internal Audit’s presence and reputation across the Group.
• Conduct special reviews or projects outside the Audit Plan as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in core actuarial disciplines.
• Degree in mathematical, statistical, economics, or actuarial sciences (preferred).
• Internal audit experience in insurance or financial services (ideal; open to strong actuarial backgrounds in capital, reserving, pricing, or consultancy).
• Dynamic, self-confident, independent worker able to plan and deliver audits with minimal supervision.
• Strong audit judgement, communication, influencing, team working, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to draft reports for Group Committee and Board level.
