What you will do

• Design domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and medical gas systems for diverse facility types.
• Produce detailed plumbing design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Conduct field investigations to assess existing conditions and gather essential project data.
• Perform pipe sizing, pressure loss calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance analysis.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure integrated design.
• Manage quality control, scheduling, and delivery of plumbing design documentation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in plumbing design and construction.
• Proficiency in Revit software for producing design drawings.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems layout, fixture selection, and equipment specifications.
• Familiarity with applicable plumbing codes (IPC, UPC), accessibility guidelines, and energy efficiency standards.
