Data Analyst (Data Architecture)

Data Analyst (Data Architecture): Designing, building, and maintaining the technical infrastructure for customer insights data with an accent on automated data pipelines and ETL processes. Location: Brazil (100% remote or hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents)

What you will do

• Architect and maintain secure, automated data pipelines connecting Snowflake, Totango, CustomerGauge, and other tools.
• Oversee ETL processes and integration rules to ensure accurate, low-latency delivery of customer health and feedback data.
• Develop and implement a standardized, unified data schema and manage system-of-record logic.
• Coordinate the technical design and deployment of AI/ML models for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Manage survey trigger automation, health score refreshes, and success metric calculations.
• Ensure data governance, validation, and regulatory compliance according to company and industry standards.

Requirements

• Solid experience building and maintaining data solutions within SaaS environments.
• Expertise in ETL, SQL, Snowflake, and integration middleware.
• Demonstrated ability to administer platforms such as Totango and CustomerGauge.
• Strong understanding of customer journey analytics and data governance.
• English: Advanced (C1+) required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
