What you will do
- Develop and support existing projects within the company's portfolio.
- Design and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including GDDs and feature documents.
- Collaborate with programmers, artists, and animators from task definition to final delivery.
- Calculate and adjust game balance and economy.
- Configure levels, locations, and gameplay settings directly within Unity.
- Analyze industry trends and research successful titles in the casual and hyper-casual segments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game design, specifically for hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or casual games.
- Strong expertise in level design, UI/UX, and monetization strategies.
- Proven experience in creating game design documentation.
- Proficiency with Unity and Git.
- Solid understanding of product metrics and their impact on gameplay features.
- Russian: Native or fluent proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and SourceTree.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, AppMetrica, GameAnalytics, or Firebase.
- Experience working with LiveOps.
- English proficiency level B1+.
