What you will do

• Support and develop existing projects within the company's portfolio.
• Design and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including GDDs and feature documents.
• Collaborate with programmers, artists, and animators from initial task definition to final delivery.
• Calculate and adjust game balance and in-game economy.
• Configure levels, locations, and gameplay settings directly within Unity.
• Analyze the casual and hyper-casual markets to identify successful titles and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer in the casual, hybrid-casual, or hyper-casual segments.
• Strong expertise in level design, UI/UX, and monetization.
• Proven experience creating detailed game design documentation.
• Proficiency with Unity and Git.
• Solid understanding of product metrics and how specific features impact them.
• Russian: native or fluent proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and SourceTree.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, AppMetrica, GameAnalytics, or Firebase.
• Experience working with LiveOps.
• English proficiency level B1+.
