What you will do

• Lead agile squads through the full lifecycle from discovery and scoping to technical design and engineering delivery.
• Execute complex technical decisions and architecture for high-performance products and platforms, balancing short-term impact with long-term transformation.
• Develop and contribute to a technical roadmap to meet business and partner team needs.
• Write, test, and review code, performing deep-dive data analysis to reduce technical debt.
• Implement and maintain high-quality automation processes and tools to support continuous delivery.
• Mentor other software engineers and champion emerging trends in software engineering.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (11, 17) and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of application and API security, including common vulnerability remediation.
• Hands-on experience with TDD, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Experience with performance testing and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience in Frontend development using React, JavaScript, or Flutter.
• Knowledge of the Hybris e-commerce platform.
