What you will do

• Develop full-stack end-to-end software solutions in a fast and agile environment.
• Build and enhance systems using the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) ecosystem and ATAK SDK.
• Create native Android applications from initial vision to production-ready status.
• Profile UI, memory, and concurrency to optimize Android application performance.
• Manage on-device data using SQLite databases.
• Identify system improvements and apply the latest architectural approaches and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software programming experience with object-oriented languages, specifically Java and Kotlin.
• 3+ years of experience with development in the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) SDK.
• 2+ years of experience with the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience developing native Android applications.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android distributions and software developmental kits.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies, including cellular and wireless.
• Experience with WinTAK, TAK X, and TAK Server.
