What you will do
- Design and implement systematic options strategies from initial idea through backtesting to production.
- Develop and maintain live trading systems managing real capital.
- Analyze large-scale market data to identify new signals and market inefficiencies.
- Improve execution speed, latency, and the overall robustness of existing strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of trading models: research, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Iterate on risk management models and portfolio construction.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in quantitative development or algorithmic trading.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including the math and statistics ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and numerical methods.
- Experience with backtesting, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Must be based in Germany.

- Direct experience with options trading.
- Proficiency in C++ or Scala.
