What you will do

• Design and implement systematic options strategies from initial idea through backtesting to production.
• Develop and maintain live trading systems managing real capital.
• Analyze large-scale market data to identify new signals and market inefficiencies.
• Improve execution speed, latency, and the overall robustness of existing strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of trading models: research, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Iterate on risk management models and portfolio construction.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quantitative development or algorithmic trading.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including the math and statistics ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and numerical methods.
• Experience with backtesting, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Must be based in Germany.

• Direct experience with options trading.
• Proficiency in C++ or Scala.
