What you will do

• Deliver and maintain high-quality automation software products within the Networks Automation and AI Development team.
• Lead code reviews, approve contributions, and ensure alignment with engineering standards.
• Review low-level designs for architectural correctness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide Tier 3 support, manage incidents, upgrades, and lifecycle events.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure cyber security compliance, and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with teams to drive adoption of capabilities and contribute to product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Software Development, DevOps, or Automation roles.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong software security and compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ansible.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Ansible Automation Platform, MinIO, Apache Airflow, observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), React, Node.js, FastAPI, Red Hat OpenShift.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications networks and network automation.
• Technical delivery leadership experience.
