What you will do

• Plan and coordinate internal information system projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on network, server, and software upgrades.
• Manage cross-functional technical projects, overseeing resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk analysis, and process documents.
• Drive project lifecycle milestones and advocate for change management across multiple teams.
• Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Jira.
• 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines, and able to work in an office environment.
