What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end execution of KYC program initiatives, including intake, tracking, and prioritization.
• Exercise delegated decision-making authority on program-level matters, SLA governance, and process exceptions.
• Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between AML, Sanctions, Consumer Protection, and Fraud programs.
• Lead change management efforts for KYC program updates across global operations and customer service teams.
• Develop and maintain KYC policies, standard operating procedures, and governance documentation to ensure audit-readiness.
• Design and maintain program monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track compliance performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services compliance or operations, specifically focusing on KYC, AML, or BSA programs.
• Proven ability to manage compliance programs end-to-end, including ownership of workstreams and timelines.
• Experience developing compliance policies and governance documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines to fulfill hybrid work requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the fintech or payments industry.
• CAMS certification or active progress toward certification.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
