Location: Hybrid - work from home near hirify.global Hubs (e.g., Stamford, CT) or offices, occasional commute or travel required for meetings, training, and events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain MCP beacons, sitemaps, event tracking, templates, personalized and triggered campaigns.
  • Implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including REST API, AMPscript, SQL, email/Cloudpage templates.
  • Build integrations with external systems, data sources, APIs; define data import/export strategies.
  • Execute multi-channel strategies (web pages, cloud pages, email, SMS) and work with Business Analysts on requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, manage Data Extensions, Segments, Smart Capture Forms; handle admin functions and release management.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Ops, Salesforce Admins, agencies for optimizations and documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship.
  • Flexible to travel for business as required.
  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years progressive business experience.
  • 2+ years Marketing Cloud experience, including MCP configuration (beacons, sitemaps, templates, segments, journeys).
  • Hands-on with AMPscript, SQL, Marketing Cloud APIs (REST/SOAP), Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification; experience with data segmentation, troubleshooting, Agile teams.

Nice to have

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript development.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certification.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Datorama/Tableau, Data 360, email deliverability.
  • Knowledge of financial services, Agile management, data security/privacy.
